iTunes Connect Issue

Is anyone else seeing this issue on iTunes Connect when editing the metadata section?

I have tried using different browsers. Resigning in. Restarting everything and coming back in, but nothing works. Just keeps cramming all my text together on anything that has text on iTunes Connect where I separate by paragraph. Just trying to find out if I'm the only one seeing this for some reason.
