Hi guys,
I am setting up a Skype group for people to share downloads with each other.
Please inbox me you skype ID and I will add everyone to the group.
This way, we can avoid people giving bad reviews for no reason!
Remember The Good Old Days Of Hangman, Well they are gone with out new amazing funny game Cat-O-Gory.
Played in the usual style of hangman but with cats.
The rules are simple try to guess the word or phrase if guessed correctly you gain 2 cat lives back if guesed wrongly watch out a cat will explode.
There are advantages though guess the answer correctly and you gain 2 cat lives back if you loose all your cat lives then im afraid its game over.
Hope you enjoy this hangman style word game and would be good for people to post there best scores in comment section.
Have fun with Cat-O-Gory

PS - This is a FANTASTIC idea, downloads/reviews for downloads/reviews, but I can't help thinking that a lot of the requests won't be reciprocated - Maybe (and I'd really like this great suggestion of yours to work for everyone!) we can somehow sort it out on an 'I have a list of games I'll download and/or review, and so a list of people I'd expect a download and/or review in return from', like for like?
I'll happily do this for a HUGE amount of apps/people on here, but in my experience an 'honesty' system is almost always abused or not adhered to in a balanced way by both sides, both for legitimate reasons, and simply because it's forgotten or too much trouble to reciprocate once someone has got their own app reviewed, people leave, etc, and for some people, simply won't happen when there's no real way of pointing out where/who's not playing ball in return?
I'm not suggesting we 'police' ourselves and get all serious on this of course! - what I'm just suggesting is sort of a checklist - 'Dev X,Y,Z - I WILL review your games fairly, and you WILL review mine fairly, 1 for 1, I promise! - for a cross-referenced sheet/list of users/apps? - this way it's a guaranteed way of knowing that we have re-paid each other the favour, it should promote good relations and mutual respect, and everyone benefits fairly?
I'm even happy to create a link to a read-only Google sheet to keep track of who's outstanding for what, and have myself and others tick 'em for people as and when confirmed done, on this forum - I'd LOVE some reviews for my free apps, on an app-for-app basis, and would happily help others in return, on an ongoing basis as needed, no issues at all, IF I can be sure it's being reciprocated and fairly done?
If this worked, and we really went for it for each other, we might end up with 50-100+ extra reviews (and/or downloads) extra EACH (helpung us ALL massively), all costing us nothing but a little dead time given back to others in return for theirs, instead of a LOT of time waiting to no avail, or money spent trying to buy reviews, for little or no return?
@UncloudedStudio - That looks perfect mate! - The only thing I can't seem to find out from the site is if that 'kudos' they mention equates to 1-1 reviews (fair!), or many-for-1 (not really that fair) ....
I'll check it out, and if it's 1-for-1, I'm all over it, thanks!
@UncloudedStudio Thanks mate - I've done a check on it, and it sounds great in theory, so I'll probably give it a go, but people are saying that you have to review some truly awful apps, so you either lie (5 stars) or risk getting a bad rating back, or in other cases, sooooo many ads in the apps put on here, even when trying to review it for the dev, that some users are thinking that THEY are being done that way to use the REVIEWERS as the actual intended audience to gain ad revenue? :-
TBH, most people on here seem to produce fairly good (and in some cases, superb!) apps, so I'm still toying with the idea of a GS forum only one
Other users have privately confirmed to me since, that my current expectations and suspicions about this kind of help not being reciprocated here, are true, so I'm honestly toying with still making a sheet, at least for people who 'opt in' - this could be a win-win for whoever's up for it, guys!

I will gladly download and review games. I enjoy doing it. It would have to be a pretty darn good game to get 5 stars from me........3 or 4 stars is more likely form me.
Angry Birds is reviewed as 3 and half stars. People want 5 stars for their games. Funny.......

What do you think guys?
Darn it.... Ah well, I still got a couple of tweets out, so it can't hurt...
@japster you should check this out. https://favorr.io/
@UncloudedStudio - That looks perfect mate! - The only thing I can't seem to find out from the site is if that 'kudos' they mention equates to 1-1 reviews (fair!), or many-for-1 (not really that fair) ....

@japster if you review an app you get one karma/kuddos point. If your app got a review you lose 1 point etc. etc.
When your app is reviewed you'll get an email saying e.g "japster left a review for your app" and a list of apps you can review to return the favor.
If you do not review an app the review you got gets deleted, only possible on Android I believe.
So it's a pretty fair system.
Got a few reviews trough favorr but I don't use it anymore.
