Template Problem

in Working with GS (Mac)
I recently purchased the mumble jumble template and opened it in GameSalad only to find that only the background with no actors or images showed when i previewed it but i could still click and hear the game in the background. i just cant see it. I would really like to know how to fix this! It has everything just as it is suppose to but i cant see actors but theyre there. Thanks and Please Reply Asap :) Also here's the video on YouTube that shows how it is supposed to be

    Do you think its just the viewer or should i test it on a device
