Can't get iOS certificates

After folow the instructions the loading wheel stay forever...

Upload CSR file.
Select .certSigningRequest file saved on your Mac.

    I can get new adhoc distribution certs but no iOS Team Provisioning - Xcode managed certs are not working due to Xcode Automatic Configuration being down.

    It is yes. But not all of it. And not Xcode Automatic Configuration which controls iOS Team Provisioning Profiles.
