I believe you need to contact Apple if you want to change your developer/organization name

I believe unless you are a formal company that is LLC et... you have to use your regular name. Apple will ask you to send in your corporate legal documents to change from an indivdual account to a corporate one. I have both an individual and a corporate account and this was the process.
