Animation problem (resizes my pictures)

I have a character which gets lower a bit. like a slight hunch. so i created 3 images going into that hunch.

my problem is that im animating it and not seeing a difference. so i realized its because game salad is resizing it to the actors image. so it moves very slightly, but not as i drew it out.

how can i animate without having it resize my image to the prototype actors size?

Thanks for the help

All your animations should be lined up and the transparent space around all of them should be the same size. So the space you have around it should be large enough to fit the frame that takes up the most space. So basically all the images need to be the same size. It.s best to layer each frame of the animation in like photoshop and then line them all up so they are centered on each other then crop the area to the largest frame. Then turn off the layers and export one at a time.

@fryingbaconStudies i thought the transparent space around was the same. i did it on the same artboard using illustrator. but it seems like to me that when i export the image as png, the borders might be tightening up because i made the animation smaller. i would look into what you said and what im saying more. then i will get back to this.
