[Paid] Developer to Create Template for GameSalad game

I have an idea for a GameSalad game that would be grid based. I don't need a final version built and ready for store. What I need is a level or two for iPad and iPhone. This would be based on an older console game. What I need is someone to build a template that I can take and adjust etc.. to make more and more levels.
Some of the details:
1. You can use blocks--I don't have artwork and can fill the design in later
2. Build the AI for bad guys (there would be a few different bad guys and each would act differently)
3. This would be grid based
