Game not working in GS viewer on devices

Hope some one out there can help. My game does not work properly in the GS Viewer that's installed on my iPhone and iPad. The game shows up with the first scene (menu) but the sound doesn't work and the buttons can't be pressed. This seems like it should be a simple solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. When I preview the game in Creator everything runs smoothly.

Hmmm something is holding it up. Put the change scene in a after .2 second timer.

Why do people always say it should be simple? It may be simple it may not. We'd need to see some of the code to see what's wrong. Do you have the matching viewer on your device you should be using the 10.3 version with creator 10.3.

I am using the 10.3 versions of both Creator and Viewer.

Try trashing the creator off your machine and reinstall.

Trashed the creator as well as the viewer. Reinstalled. Updated to latest iPad software. Still not working. Code shouldn't be the issue. (I think) It's a purchased template and it runs fine in Creator. The game appears on the devices (first scene is menu.) but the scene doesn't change when I press a button in the menu. However, as designed, the music changes once the next scene is supposed to appear. So to recap....the menu appears, the correct music is playing, when a button is pressed to start game play, the music changes as designed but the scene doesn't change.

Hi I have the same problem with a game for android, works excellent in GameSalad but when I try on my dipositive, part of the sound does not work, or ringing in the game and some things more, my question is as I've fixed?
