I need some Help

I don't know if this has been asked before but I could find it... I am working with the Windows GameSalad Creator. I cant figure out how to upload my game to the ITunes store. I am also having some lag issues on the publishing page that is brought up when I do try to upload it trough GameSalad Arcade...

To submit to the Apple App store you need to use a Macintosh computer, it's an Apple requirement.
