Auto rotate on .85 iPad not working on GS splash screen

The splash screen won't rotate as my app boots. Every scene has Left and Right landscape checked. I also checked both left and right on the publish screens. I need to resolve this as I cannot publish to iTunes without a rejection.

    Shoot. It would be a shame if the reason why my app has been rejected 3 times already due to the splash screen complaint is due to the lock button on the tester's iPad. (Since I am sure I selected the appropriate orientations in the scene and in publishing)
