im still getting this error everytime i open GS... i know its my fault for playing with it but its really getting to me lol. anyone know what i can do. i tried deleting GS and redownloading. didnt work. thanks for the help
and theres no correct location so how can i stop this?
The library folder is invisible. The link I game you explains how to make it visible, or use the GO menu method, or as jonmulcahy pointed out.
They made the user library folder invisible to help prevent people from messing up their systems by playing with the settings/files etc.
after you toss out these preference files, a new default set will auto populate once you relaunch gamesalad. This should correct the issue you are having.

then would i have to redownload?
However, I think this is probably stored in the user library folder which may or may not be visible if you are on 10.8
hard drive/users/your user name/library/preferences/com.gendaigames....2 files
They will automatically repopulate when you relaunch that app in their default settings.
If you can't see the user library, you can get to it from the GO menu then Go to folder/ type ~/Library
..or use this: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3634804?start=0&tstart=0
@RP
in finder hold down options and click on GO and choose library
click on preferences
delete all com.gendaigames.gamesalad.********
open gamesalad
