you can also make them yourself with paint or something
or you can hire an art artist

You don't want pictures like mine, they were hand drawn (badly)!

Quite a few peeps here do their own art work, while others work with an artist.

While you're building your game there's nothing wrong with pinching images from online, just don't release it to the public until you've replaced all images that you do not have permission to use.

Are you asking how to get art or how to get a screen shot? The picture description is not clear.

The two posts above explained how to get art well enough. Make the art yourself or hire someone.

If you seek to make screen shots/pictures of your game in action there are few different ways, but I think you should clarify what you are seeking here first.
