optimize image

Hello,

I am developing game using GameSalad. Please answer following question:

A- How could I optimize image in PNG format (reduce size). What software I could use (PC computer).
B- I guess max size of gamesalad is 30Meg. My project is 45Meg; how could I reduce the size?

Please advice.
