Publishing Issue

Basically I'm trying to publish an adhoc for my app. And I'm following Tshirtbooth's tutorial on youtube, But when I click on publish, it doesn't give me the option to either choose whether its for ipad or not, basically it says uploading game, then when upload is complete, it takes me to the gamesalad website and it ask me to type in some details for arcade. but i'm not building the game for arcade its for an ipad so why is it taking me there?

I'm new to gamesalad and this is my first game. so please someone help

When you see the form for HTML5 you'll see on the left of the screen a menu for other devices like iPad. Click on those to see the fields you need to fill in. You will also need to upload a logo at the top of the web page, although not necessary for an Adhoc build. The cookbook covers most of this I believe.

@KevinCross oh alright thank you. so with the adhoc or even when I decide to upload it to apple for final submission, I don't have to upload a screenshot of my app in the gamesalad web publishing screen right? I'm only required to upload screenshots of my app in iTunes connect only right? because on the gamesalad publishing site, it doesn't give me the option to do so

You upload the icon to both. The one on iTunes Connect is only for the App Store and they require a 1024x1024 sized icon. The one on the GameSalad website is for the app itself. Without uploading it to the GameSalad site you'll app will be icon-less, which is fine if you're testing the game on your device and haven't got an icon ready yet.
