I don't want this to sound rude but you've put little effort into your question, which would suggest you've probably put little effort into finding the solution yourself. Because of this people are less likely to put in any effort to help you.
Try doing a forum or Google search and then re-word your question with examples as to what you're struggling with.
Can you provide more details? You are just asking a question that can mean many things. Are you trying to make a character move? The screen move and the character stays still? Please explain more.
