GameSalad team not responding

Hi GameSalad forum

Twice now I've contacted the GameSalad team regarding whether it would be possible for them to send me an HTML5 version of one of my games. However, I haven't received a response from them yet even though it has now been almost three weeks since I contacted them the first time.
Do you know if the reason of this is that they don't reply directly to my email address but post the answer somewhere else?

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

    Did you check your spam folder? Other than that, it may be because they don't offer that service outside of Arcade right now. Arcade embedding is the only HTML5 version of your game you can get at the moment.

    Yes, they are not responding to me also.... :(( I need to change my user name but cannot access my profile. User name has a space, because of this, I cannot generate app!! :(

    you'll have to submit a support request or message one of the guys directly. SSS used to take care of this, but he's gone.

    Same here, I want to back PRO (I just want update my gamesalad games), sent 2 emails to support to check a propose in my payment method and no answer. I´ve working with Unity now but its a shame to be treated like that after you support them in the past when Gamesalad was U$ 499.

    Hey folks, @jonmulcahy is right, the best way for us to log requests and serve people in a timely fashion is by going to the support page and opening a ticket.

    If you have already done so and have not received a response, please let me know directly: danm@gamesalad.com.

    It sounds like a few of you have experienced subpar response and service from GameSalad. I apologize if that is the case. We try to monitor the forums as much as possible, but everyone from GS who responds here is also responsible for a lot of other things and we just can't see everything.
