I can not import actor in my scene

Hi everyone, I've got a problem and I hope you guys can help me!!
I have a GameSalad creator for windows.

After starting a new project I've created a new actor and imported a background created in illustrator in size 480x320 pixels into media (the "space" for img and sounds).
I've assigned that picture (a .png file) to my actor and tried to put it into the scene by dragging it.

The actor doesn't appare in my scene... the scene remains black and empty...

I hope someone can help me... it's really frustrating i've tried to solve the problem for hours..

Make sure your dragging the actor not the image on to the scene.
Make sure your alpha is all the way up on the actor.
Watch tutorials.
If all this is right and it is not working maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I had a problem dragging an actor on to the scene yesterday, had to delete the actor and create it again. I think it was in 10.4. Never had it before and no idea what caused it but fortunately the actor didn't have much on it.
