I just bought the endless runner template. DO you know what device it is compatible for?

Is there a Read Me file or anything with the template that tells you how to contact the developer directly? I'd try that if there is.

Yep! Just be sure that when publish, you do it under the iOS universal tab and that you check the overscan box.

FYI anything made with GameSalad is "compatible" with any device GameSalad supports. you just have to contend with minor adjustments for the different screen resolutions.
