I developed my first game for iPhone 5, but I didn't know how to make it universal to work with both iphone as ipad.
Now I made the game ready to publish with 'overlay' checked. But when I tested on iPad, the screen was resized for the most part, but the sides of the scenes were cropped, they ware not visible. How can I solve this? Please help.

there are some camera tricks out there to stretch everything, but you'll have to search for them.
the existing universal build process works well if you plan for it. otherwise it's tough to work with.

@Voidedsky came up with a awesome method that dosent stretch images.
If you work with tiles it may not work for you (at least it didnt for me) but im sure there is a way to get it to work with tiles also. Im not good enough to figure it out though
Can I make a different, resized version for every different screen size and publish them into one universal app in the app store?
But I still get black boxes at the top and bottum of the iPhones, can anyone tell me how to solve this?
