Amazon in app purchase question and warning

I recently submitted a game to amazon and it got approved within a matter if hours, but it got flagged in there system of having a IAP. The game has no IAP at all in it. With it being flagged has having it, it shows up in the description has having IAP's. I even wrote on one of my bullets for the game no IAP. So I contacted there support and they said that the JAR file was included in the final build process that's what made there system show it had IAP. So if your making a game for amazon without IAP, be warned that has of now it will still show on your description that it has a IAP. That's the warning to everyone.

Now my question is, @codewizard is there going to be a way in future to not have that file included in the final build if we're not using IAP?
