GameSalad Arcade publishing problem. Game won't load.

Hi. I have successfully made a game, that I am selling on iPad, iPhone and Android, but I am pulling my hair out trying to get it working in the GameSalad Arcade. I have gone through the process several times of uploading, publishing then trying to "play". But when I go tot play, the loading screen gets about two-thirds of the way through then freezes. I can see a screen shot of my game with the "play" triangle icon on top. It ALMOST loads then... nothing. I have made my game 320x480. I have tried deleting worlds, and all sounds and even menu and help items, but nothing plays. Is there a step I am missing to have a playable game in the arcade? Is your project under 20MB? last I knew you needed the game to be under 20 or it just freezes up.

Also I think if IAP might effect it. Don't quote me on that.

Only 15MB. Sorry for ignorance... IAP?

If talking about in-app purchases... it doesn't have any. I had a couple of hyperlinks in it, but I tried a version without, and it made no difference

I do remember tables having issues with arcade games last year, I'm not sure if that got fixed or not. Don't go deleting your tables I'm just filling you in. It might of been fixed for all I know

I thought it might be a tables issue. Game is pretty useless without them, though. I might give it a try tomorrow. There just doesn't seem to be any good 'help' advice for the arcade, except make sure its under 20MB.... Thanks for your ideas, though.

Me too. Loading sticks at 66% on my app too. I wish I knew what caused this. My game isn't big, seems like a bug in the loader?
