Character not turning around?

I have a game where my AI enemy (or dog) has to turn around when getting to a certain position. However, the dog hasn't been turning around at all when reaching a certain X position, and I'm not sure why.. I have linked some images below of my setup rules, and dog sprite. Thanks!

Instead of using 'equal to' use 'equal or less than/greater than'.
