Maybe Gamesalad or game development in general isn't for you? A little effort here and there goes a long way (e.g. Google, YouTube, GS Forums, etc), especially for things as basic as your query.
Hi Justin, check out the sample file attached. Press the Play button and the ball will drop and bounce/roll on the floors. There are a couple notes in the behaviors to let you know what is going on.

Anyway this should start you off. But really you should use the Accelerate behaviour.

Open it up first on its own in Gamesalad Creator, take a look at all the Actors and check out their Rules.
Once you've understood them all, simply replicate them from scratch onto your own game's Actors.
There shouldn't be that much Rules implemented by Jaime to get you too confused,
and you'll learn faster/better that way
