If You 2 Actors Touch For A Certain Amount Of Time, Something Happens?

Hi, what I mean is: I have 2 actors, what I want to know is how do I make it so that if they both touch each other for 5 seconds - something happens? I can't really explain it, I hope this is enough info, thanks.

Use a timer in a rule and set it to run after 5 seconds

if actor1 overlaps or collides with actor2
after 5 seconds (Don't check run to completion)
do something
