Is it possible to copy a actor With its rules from one scene to another?

Two ways that you can do this is place all of the rules in the prototype which would be the best unless you are using scene attributes. The other is to the drag the rules down to your custom behaviors to copy them. Then go to other scene and and place them in actor . -

use ctrl c for copy and ctrl v for paste. EDIT: not sure if this will work when you want to paste it in another scene... (not on a windows)
you also can hold alt and swipe the actor. EDIT: this will not work when you want to paste it in another scene...
you also can put all the behaviors in a group and then copy the group and paste it in other actor
