Can I use Nightly Builds to submit my game to Apple

In the nighty build it says CAUTION: EXPERIMENTAL BUILD NOT FOR PRODUCTION does this mean anything or is GS just covering themselves? Can I submit my game to Apple using the nightly build or not? If I can't then it is no good to me as I am only a week from submitting.
