Do I need to make separate publications for ipad, iPhone, and mac?

I know this is probably a very stupid question to most of you, but bare with me I have only been on gamesalad for a month. So I just finished my first game (which I am very happy with) and I am planning on putting it on the apple store. My question is do I need to publish my game three times for these three devices? or can I just publish it once since they are all apple store? also do I have to publish separate for the different versions of the iPhone (iphone4,iphone5 ect.) Thank you, any help will be greatly appreciated!

If you built your game keeping in mind the specs for Universal Builds, then you'd just need to submit to Apple once. This covers the iOS devices. You'd have to public to the Mac App Store separately.
