GameSalad, Ipad testing & costs.

Hi

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Basically, what I need to know is this; I want to make an app/game for a relative that has learning difficulties, but loves using an ipad. It would be purely for their use only, and I want to develop and tailor it to their individual needs to use as a developmental tool. I have little or no interest in publishing it for the wider world at the moment.

Could someone break down the costs / hurdles I'm likely to incur to make this possible. I know Apple charge for developer privileges, which I'll need to set up an ipad to trial apps on. Do GameSalad charge as well?

This and any other helpful advice would be most gratefully received.

thanks.

You don't need to charge GameSalad anything, you only have to charge Apple 100 dollars every year to test apps and publish them, and you need a mac to sign the apps for testing and publishing.
