@shubham3 Hi, there is a wonderful new invention called Gooooooogle :P ;-) and if you input: free photo of "your item required" or free "your sound" sound effects you'll be surprised how much stuff will appear....

This program will allow you to create digital images and even cgi movie animations. You can start doing this right away, but like I said, to get good at the software, and creating art in general, you'll mostly likely need lots of time and training.
I recommend this because if you are one of those people who cannot draw, but want to make art anyway, it's a great place to start. Also, you don't have to spend any money, which is also nice.
Be advised though, as with most things software related, there is a steep learning curve to going the route I am laying out for you. You'll very likely need to spend some serious time experimenting with the software, reading tutorials, and watching tons of Youtube videos before you can create some professional looking art. But anyone can do it with a little practice, and you can also do it free, or at the very least, "mostly" free.
Go to www.daz3d.com
Check out the contents of the site and their store, and see if the photorealism style of graphics is something you can use. In addition to photorealistic models, which can be posed, animated and photographed, there are also plenty of "toon" characters which you may find useful. There's also plenty of "cartoon shaders" which can give your future art a "toonish" look. The software comes with one generic cartoon shader which is really simple to use.
Don't worry about any of that for now though, just browse the site.
Once you've looked around, consider downloading their free software, Daz Studio 4.6. Make sure your computer can handle it. You'll want at least 4gigs of Ram. Don't download it just yet. Wait until after you've looked over their Youtube channel first.
Browse the items in their store, check out their freebies section, and consider going back there if at any point in the future you become proficient with their software and have a relatively good sized budget to start buying 3d products. There are tens of thousands of things to buy and one could spend forever browsing for products. You will NOT be able to use any of these items in a 3D game, but you are permitted to make images and use those images in 2D games or projects.
Before spending ANY money, or downloading any products though, I recommend that you go to ...
www.sharecg.com ... or www.renderosity.com ... or www.mostdigitalcreations.com ... (there's many more out there as well such as ContentParadise.com)
and browse all the free 3D models and textures for DAZ3D and Poser. Until you learn the difference between a 3D model and texture file, you won't want to download anything, but once you do, you'll find hundreds of pages of great, free 3D stuff, many of which you can freely use in commercial projects.
Many of the items you'll find there are compatible with Genesis, the free morphing 3D character which comes with Daz 4.6. If an item is "free for commercial use", it will be labeled. Anything you purchase from the Daz or Renderosity store is automatically licensed for commercial use. There is some fine print though, so make sure you understand the licencing agreements.
My advice, don't start downloading anything yet, until you've done some training, or you'll probably get really confused and give up on learning to create your own art before you even start. Daz also has a great forum community with lots of folks who are usually pretty helpful and can answer your questions and point you in the right direction if you get stuck.
To really see if this is the software for you, go to Daz3d's Youtube channel and start watching and learning. It'll give you a good idea if this software is something you can use.
Later, you may want to start paying for training courses if you fall in love with the software. I recommend any of the videos by Dreamlight Productions, owned by the artist Val Cameron.

Some of their training videos are for sale in the Daz Marketplace.
Of course, another idea (and I'm just throwing stuff against the wall here) is to consider purchasing items from the GameSalad Marketplace. There's plenty of great stuff on there.
