GS viewer installed but Ipad not showing up on gamesalad creator (apple license)

I just bough apple license and trying to test my apps on my device.
I watched this video from @tshirtbooth (great video )

and I followed all the steps. I do have the GS viewer on my device but my device is not showing up on gamesalad creator.
I still see this


but there should be an icon of my Ipad just like you can see in the video (skip to 7:20 in the video)

what did I do wrong?
I have Ipad 1, it is connected to internet and I followed every step in the video. (except the part where you can't see what he is doing and there it went wrong )

Maybe a stupid question, but have you opened the viewer on your device?

If you have the viewer on the iPad, and the viewer is launched on the iPad, also make sure that both the iPad and your computer is connected to the same network via WiFi. If that is all done correctly then I would remove the viewer off the iPad and re-download the correct viewer for the version of GameSalad you are using and then re-install it on the iPad. Hope that helps! Let me know if it does or not and if not we can try something else out!

they are connected to the same WiFi and I re-downloaded it already 3 times but still not working I didn't started at the whole beginning so I will try that now.

I reinstalled everything and now its working thanks guys!!!
