Not able to publish on amazon/android

Hi guys, I have a very serious problem. When I try to sign my application for kindle publishing the gamesalad creator says: Select keystore. Well, when I select my keystore file it says: Type password for the keystore. I type it but nothing happens. I´m pretty sure the password is correctly written.

make sure your OS Language and Keyboard are set to US English
