You can use anything you make in garageband using their loops and any other royalty free sounds you get. And of course you can use garageband to record your own sounds/music.
GarageBand gives you sound previews so can you just take those and put them directly in your game? You probably already answered this in your previous answer but I'm just clarifying because I don't want my game to be rejected just because my audio needs to be fixed. Thanks.
You can drag and drop the loops into the GarageBand editor. After that, go to the share menu and you can export you project to an audio file like wav, mp3, ogg, etc.... Using this method, you will have some seconds (2 or 3 second about) blank (no sound) at the end of your final sound file... I suggest you to use Audacity to delete that little blank in your sound file.
Then you will be able to use it in gamesalad.
