How to make INGAME achievements?

I don't want gamecenter affiliated with my app atm. I only want to setup in-game achievements which a player can achieve while doing something like collecting 5 coins. I even want if they finish all the achievements then they are able to restart them.

    just make atributes like if coin number is 5, make game achievement atribute for 5 coins true.
