Q: display size for new Kindle 8.9"?

Can anyone cast their experience over this question please? I've been working on a game for the Kindle which is 1024x600 - the current set up if you use the default in GS.

However, the new Kindle has arrived (HDX) with greater resolution and of course there's the larger screen 8.9" - can anyone recomend the right size I should be using? Or is the current set up fine?

    1024x600 is the odd size the Kindle Fire HD is 1280x800 and that scales up correctly with the newer resolutions, 1024x600 will have black bars but only the original Fire has this resolution. 1280x800,1920x1200 , and 2560x1600 all have the same aspect ratio and should fill screens on the newer devices HD up.

    cheers! I thought it odd but thats what happens in GS when you select GS(windows version) for display
