How do you increase the velocity of the music when the player accelerates (increases velocity)?

    You can't. It'd have to be done when you're composer is writing the track.

    You can have multiple tracks, some of them sped up, and switch between them at different actor velocities.

    By 'velocity of the music' do you mean the speed (tempo) or volume ?

    Perhaps find some music that increases in tempo.
    Spin a record with your finger at increasing rate and record it.
    Or tinker around in garage band.

    Then suit the actor's velocity to the music.

    If you are going to be spinning a record at an increasing rate then both the tempo and pitch will increase - which is something you can achieve inside GameSalad by simply increasing the pitch of the music.
