iOS viewer not working with GS Update

When I updated to the latest 10.4 release and try to test my apps on the IOS Viewer I get a message telling me to download the latest version of the viewer. I re-downloaded the viewer but I still get the same message.
Has anyone else had this problem? is it a glitch or can I fix it? A lot of my current games use the accelerometer so I need to test.
Thanks!

@blue_elephant Hi, the latest GSC beta is 10.4.1, so if you do mean you're on 10.4, you'll need to update to match the latest iOS viewer... although if that's the case that you've got 0.10.4, I'm surprised you haven't been getting a software update message....

Ah right, you meant 10.4.1 then... The only thing I can think is you've left the old viewer on your device and you're opening that instead of the latest one.... (I've done that before!)
So a simple solution is to delete all viewers from your iDevice, and put the latest one back on again... that way you'll know you've definitely got the right one...
Fingers crossed for you that'll sort it.

It is not enough to delete the GameSalad viewer from your device. At first I just held down on the icon, pressed the X and figured it was deleted. Doing that and installing a new copy won't work (at least it didn't for me).
What you have to do is to remove the old GameSalad viewer from your device in Xcode, from within the Organiser window. Find the viewer in the Applications list under your device and remove it there.

Hi @Armelline Good thinking - and for the record, another way is to make a new App ID and Development Provisioning Profile; that way, you won't have to delete the old viewer in Xcode.
