how to publish to amazon? keystore, zipalign etc?

hey guys,

I am trying to publish my app to the amazon app store but I just cant figure it out...
does someone know a good tutorial or can someone explain what keystore and zipalign mean?
I publish it within gamesalad and get this

and I just dont know what to do
if someone wants to help me would be really appreciated.
