Games work on ALL Android devices, according to Amazon

Hello.

I have added my games to Amazon (approved), but I am getting conflicting information from GS and Amazon. According to Amazon, my games work on ALL Android devices, not just Kindles. [see my image]

I was told here, that the builds only work for Kindle devices.

I am so confused... Can anyone confirm this before I give out false information?
