Opening other apps with GS

in Working with GS (Mac)
Is it possible to have some one click on a button on your app and have gamesalad open up another app on the phone like
GPS navigator or Google maps?

    I believe when you open a map in Safari it tries to open the map app so you might be able to use the Open URL behaviour and go that way. You wouldn't be able to open any app on the device though, only apps that can be opened via Safari with a URL. I've not tested it, but it might work.

    It has me wondering how I can interact with Spotify now!
