'something went wrong building your app' - icon/Loading images

Hi folks,

Ive uploaded my app for Kindle only, but I keep getting stuck with the icon and Loading screen. Ive searched the forum, couldnt find an answer.

Something went wrong building your app. Please check your settings, make sure your icon and default loading images are png files and try again. If the problem persists contact us and reference publish request [26004c57-4a1c-4b7f-903a-be5874830c09].

I have uploaded the correct size, they are all png files, tried png24 and 32, used fireworks, then photoshop and still nada. Any tips please?

i also have same problem,after i wait it for several hours
just the same error occur..

Upon investigating, this has something to do with the actual game files and not the icon/loading screen shots used during the publishing process. My hunt to find the corrupt files continues....:(

Hi, I have this problem and I am not able to fix it.
I tried removing all pictures, and scenes, tables, etc ...
Also in the same portfolio of Iphone, also get the error only on android.
Anyone know what could be the problem?

I think this is Gamesalad server side. I had this problem with an old build of my game, which I had not changed and it threw up this issue again.

I waited a few hours and tried again later, without any problems. So don't do what I did and totally rebuild the game again! lol
