how to do: when speed is low the rotation is fast and when speed is fast the rotation is low

hey gamesaladers :)

maybe I am just stupid but I just didnt get a good formule to get this.
when my my player is moving fast (lets say 100 ( value is in an attribute)) he has to rotate slow (lets say rotate with speed 10)
and when his moving is slow (lets say 10) he has to rotate fast (lets say 100)
can someone help me think of the right formule? (I also want it to work with other values)
