iOS acting differently than gamesalad viewer

I'm currently making a game and I test regularly on my device. Recently when i test in the gamesalad viewer everything works great. When I test via an Ad Hoc build or the iOS viewer, simple things like scene changes and attribute changes don't work! This is very obnoxious especially since there is pretty much (that I know of) nothing I can do. Is this a new glitch? @CodeWizard
