What are the Advertising platforms we can use with Gamesalad

I was wondering, because I would like to setup different advertising platforms with my game, besides Playhaven, are we able to implement any other advertising in the game if its created with gamesalad? or is it only playhaven at the moment? or advertising in the game can only be done with gamesalad approved platforms?

You can't include other service because you can't modify the Code of the app after generation on gamesalad server
