Help With Images

|Hi,
I am having trouble with the windows version of gamesalad. When I place my images on the scene they look fine, but when I preview them they are not where I put them. I have moved them around in the layers also. Has anyone had trouble like this,or am I doing something wrong.
Thanks Darlene

You have all the rules, behaviours, attributes and actions that make up your game (and are causing the issue) in front of you on your computer - and even with all this information to hand you are struggling to work out what the issue is - what chance does anyone else have ? 8-X :D

Think of it like this, I spend all day working out a math problem, I write down all the figures and calculations that should come to 2,145 . . . but I keep getting 2,122 . . . so I go to the math forum and post the following post.

"Hi guys, been doing a calculation, I should get 2,145, but I keep getting 2,122, I'm not going to show you the calculation, but can anyone workout why it's coming out wrong?"

Sorry, no offence intended, it's just something that comes up a lot, people seeking help with an issue while offering no actual information about the code that is causing the issue. The result is that the person attempting to help has to do all the work, they have to dig out all the details, ask all the questions and so on.

I agree I did not give enough information. I just wanted to know if any one else had a problem with the images staying in place in the gamesalad windows version.
I will try and give more information next time I post.
    Thanks

As much as possible ! Usually a quick screenshot of the offending actor's rules is the best bet. :)>-

That sounds like the problem I am having. My actors are not in the right place on the scene. Sometimes they are not there at all. I will give that a try and see if it helps.
    Thanks for the help!
