Need level select template

Hey guys I'm looking for a level select template since I have already spent a lot on the making of my game so I'm looking for a free one. I really want a rotating level select template but I found one when I thought it was free so I went on making my game. when I got back to the level select part it turned out it wasn't free so I tried to find some level select templates that I want so any suggestions help. :-)
