How do you publish on windows7/8

The tutorials is on mac. im confused on how to test my app
on my iPod/iPhone.

Is there any app that compile it?

How can i test it on my mobile device?
How do i compile and publish it online?

    in order to test on an iOS device you must have a mac, no other way around it.

    macincloud.com is an alternative if you don't have access to one.

    Just a piece of advice, Your post is confusing as to what your asking because with the title asking, "how to publish on Windows 7/8", that says to me that your asking how to publish for the windows platform rather than what you really mean which is, "How to publish for iOS using a PC?" Just try to be a little more specific with what you are trying to ask! :D

    Also, Nope! Sorry @SampleTest Maybe if you have a friend with a mac or if you want to pay someone, (I'd be more than willing to help ;) ) then they could publish the projects for you to test and publish it to the app store for you. Just a thought! If your interested in that route, send me a PM and we can talk more about it! :)

    Promise me you wont copy my rpg code! its similar to zenonia withn pokemon graphic but its only for testing.
