Level select templates

Hey guys my last thread never made it to recent discusions hopefully this one will. I need a level select template a free one because I have already spent so much on my game. Before, I mainly found a rotating level select template but it was not free anymore. So preferably I would like a rotating level select template but any will do. And even tutorials aren't a bad suggestion. Thanks :-)
