Car does not auto correct with the angular setup of my platform

So i have built a car with jointed wheels. The thing is that the car works fine if it is going straight, but once it starts to go up hill or downhill it doesn't correct the angle so it hits the platform correctly, but when it goes down hill it uses both wheels correctly. So basically i need to have it so the angular motion is in sync with the car and its wheels when it goes uphill. I tried to change it but i am not having any luck.

Just to break it down.

Car is made up of a body and 2 wheels.
Body and wheels are connected perfectly fine.
The wheels are hitting the platform as they should with both wheels when it is going straight.
When car tries to go uphill or downhill, it does not correct the angle of the rear wheel or front wheelso it can hit the platform all the time
Right now when it goes up, the front wheel is hitting the platform while it goes up and the back wheel is floating and not touch the ground and when you press accelerate it really doesnt accelerate like it does on the straight surface.
I need to make it so the backwheel and front wheel auto rotates when it hits an angular atomatically and position the car like it always hits the platform no matter what angle it is at.

Is there a way to tell the wheels to auto rotate or adjust according to the angle of the platform?

Does that make sense?

Thanks in advance?
