Playhaven Adverts raunchy?

Playhaven has been a great tool to use with Gamesalad. It is a valuable advertisement and consists of a good percentage of profit that I have made from ads using Gamesalad. I have noticed that some of the ads are explicit. I have been developing an iJumble line of games which are learning tools and are really focused on children and teens.
I'll be honest, some of these ads are too risque to pop up on a game focused on children. I wish there was a way to pick an age category for these ads since Playhaven is a very great tool.
Guys, is there any possibility to integrate that on the back end? Maybe on the Publishing screen add a checkbox to change the age requirement. I already know that Playhaven has the options to filter ads based on age range in their regular SDK.
As is, I am going to eliminate the Playhaven ads from these learning games because they are too risque for younger children and teens.
Just an idea.

Why can't playhaven just never add explicit ads to the network to begin with?
The Damage is already done once the ad displays to a kid and they say mommy what's that?...
And to play devils advocate I personally find it unethical to drop ads into a kids app. I mean if the ad displays they are likely to click it out of curiosity thus getting you paid for an ad that will most certainly do the ad owner 0% good. It's kinda shady if you ask me.
@tenrdrmer -
I agree Playhaven shouldn't have explicit ads in their network at all. (They probably do to boost downloads as sex does sell)
Some of my apps are not completely aimed at kids. They are language word learning Apps (iJumble) that are really focused on Teens to Adults. I still would rather not have semi raunchy ads in the game. However, I am making a new Math game which will clearly not have any advertisements in it at all since it will be primarily young children. I was shocked to find this type of material in some of these Playhaven ads.
