… in the last 10 days, apologies for not replying, but I haven't received any emails since 31st October.

Finally giving up hope of it being fixed day after day, I reported the problem to CrapCrap (when it was Tiscali - before they were bought out - everything ran as smooth as milk), who said it would be resolved in 72 hrs, that was 6 days ago. I complained again tonight and spoke to a very pleasant lady in an Indian call centre ] but I am - perhaps understandably – unsure whether she can help in any positive way. After I had complained again, she did ask if I would like to make a complaint though… @-)

So there you have it. I've decided, after 7 (or is it 8) years, I've had enough of them (this is the last straw, I won't bore you anymore with a list of problems I've had with them over the last couple of years…) and I'm finally going to change ISP… probably go with BT. (I know you all wanted to know that… ;-) )

Update here (as if you're actually interested!! ;-) 8-X ) Finally, after 18 days, 4 phone calls ] and 1 chat session, my emails are back. Well, this afternoon's, so I can assume all back to normal and expect more, day in, day out as usual.

Only one thing, TalkTalk, where's my emails sent over the 18 days it's been offline? :-O (

Just had an engineer on the line from TalkTalk, it seems some little toerag has been diverting my emails to a Gmail account, so it seems I've lost 18 days worth of emails… hope there wasn't anything too important…

(It finally got to me last month and I responded to a spam email… that could have been when it started… so sort of serves me right, I guess, I should have known better…)
